Ever since I was a kid I had this dream of opening up a motel; Only, instead of having a strip of motel room, there would be little cottages all spread out over the property, and each cottage would have its own fireplace plus little a/c.
It would also have its own little entryway plus a BBQ, then last year, my dream of opening up such a motel finally came true.
I found a location that already had a similar set up. It was all rundown though plus the fireplaces needed a lot of work. I hired an Heating and Air Conditioning supplier to come out plus get all of the fireplaces up to par. I want them to be safe plus functional. Meanwhile, I started fixing up the entryways. The Heating and Air Conditioning workers advocated that my buddy and I convert the fireplaces to gas. That way, they burn cleaner plus there is less of a chance that guests will hurt themselves. I don’t know why I didn’t think of that however that does make more sense. I don’t legitimately want to be having to show guests how to start fires or worry about them forgetting to close the grate. We got all of the fireplaces converted to gas fireplaces. We also got wall a/cs installed as well. After all, let us face it, everyone go on getaway in the Summer anyway. It took almost all year despite the fact that I finally have my little cottage motel that I always wanted. Two months ago my buddy and I started taking reservations. So far, it is going well. We are starting to see a little bit of a profit.
