Cabin motel needs new fireplaces

|

Ever since I was a kid I had this dream of opening up a motel, then only, instead of having a strip of motel room, there would be little cabins all spread out over the property. Each cabin would have its own fireplace and little air conditioning. It would also have its own little study room and a BBQ; Last year, my dream of opening up such a motel finally came true. I found a venue that already had a similar set up. It was all rundown though and the fireplaces needed a lot of work. I hired an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company to come out and get all of the fireplaces up to par. I want them to be safe and functional. Meanwhile, I started fixing up the study rooms. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C workers advised that my good friend and I convert the fireplaces to gas. That way, they burn cleaner and there is less of a opportunity that guests will hurt themselves. I don’t know why I didn’t know of that but that does make more sense. I don’t absolutely want to be having to show guests how to beginning fires or worry about them forgetting to close the grate. My pal and I got all of the fireplaces converted to gas fireplaces. My pal and I also got wall air conditionings installed as well. After all, let’sface it, all the people go on trip in the Summer anyway. It took almost all year however I finally have my little cabin motel that I always wanted. Two months ago my good friend and I started taking reservations. So far, it is going well. My pal and I are starting to see a little bit of a profit.
