I have been working for the same supplier for about five years now, but it’s not that I cherish what I do so much, however it pays actually well.
I started working with my supplier right after I graduated from school and it has been actually nice to grow with the supplier even if I am not super romantic about the work, however, about six months ago our supplier was purchased out by a greater supplier and since then it has not been the same… The management does not seem to enjoy the employees at all, however we have been having some issues with the air conditioner lately.
Instead of letting us go home my fine friend and I have been forced to labor in an office without a working air conditioner. I am started to get aggravated that I have to come into labor everyday and sweat by butt off while I am there. I told my employer that I am not going to labor out of the office until the air conditioner is fixed and he threatened to fire me if I did not come in everyday. I was actually fed up with the modern employers and I didn’t guess it was necessary for me to come in everyday if I wasn’t going to be productive. However, the lack of cooling system didn’t seem to be an issue for my modern employers. I guess that I am going to have to start looking for a modern job if they don’t get the air conditioner fixed sometime soon.
