I often take walks while in my dinner hour, plus I have many towns that I alternate for my walking routes, but no two afternoons are ever the same considering fluctuations in the weather, wildlife, bikers, cars plus service men.
The other afternoon the weather was especially agreeable, not too warm or cold, not too windy or humid.
So I decided to walk a bit further than normal plus explore a odd town. I was impressed with the sizable homes with attractively manicured sods plus sprawling shade trees. I happened to pass an especially high hedge row along the sidewalk when I could hear someone on the other side, but once I walked past the bushes, I could see that it was an Heating as well as Air Conditioning repairman performing a Spring service service. My buddy and I chatted for a few minutes, plus the conversation naturally led to the service that he was performing on the homeowner’s a/c system; He had removed the fan cage from the the exterior condenser/compressor to wash it out. I couldn’t believe how much debris he had taken out! There was even more junk lying nearby on the ground that he had cleaned off of the fins. He told me that you should never use a power washer to wash the fins, which he said can entirely detriment them. Next he was planning on pulling out the leaves plus weeds from around the outer unit. I asked him how much training was required to be an Heating as well as Air Conditioning company, plus he explained that our local community school provided a five-month training course. After my pal and I exchanged our ‘Have a good afternoon’s’ , I realized how much I had learned about the heating plus cooling industry in the short time that my pal and I had visited.
