We have consistently wanted to live on the island. My fiance and I visited several years back and my pal and I had a fantastic time. My pal and I swore my pal and I would visit every year however my pal and I never did. Now that my pal and I are of retirement age my pal and I started looking for homes to buy on the island. That is when my pal and I came across an outdated hotel for sale and my pal and I got the brilliant idea to open up our own little hotel on the island. This turned out to be a lot of work. The hotel was in awful shape. The roof leaked, the floors needed to be redone, and the Heating and A/C system was largely shot. This outdated hotel had a PTAC system. I am sure you have seen them. They are those window heaters and coolers that are built into the walls of several hotel rooms. They are consistently super noisy. This hotel was no exception, however also, most of the units didn’t work. My pal and I thought of getting zone control Heating and A/C for the whole hotel. That way there, each room gets its own control unit, however but, ultimately, my pal and I decided to get underfloor heating and cooling installed. That way, each room still gets its own control component however the heating and cooling systems are dead quiet.That turned out to be a fantastic investment. The gusts cherish the heated and cooled floors and several have stated that they will consistently come back to our hotel because of them. It is difficult to keep up with all of the demand and, I have to say, I have never worked so difficult in my life.
