After buying a house, moving in and unpacking, it took me a while to schedule repair for the cooling system.
There was cleaning and painting to do, repairs to make and lots of expenses.

My hubby was having difficulty sleeping and I was consistently plugged, then fortunately a thorough cleaning, adjustment and tuning performed by the Heating and Air Conditioning professional significantly improved the hygiene, stink and comfort of our current home. I also invested into duct system cleaning and sealing. Because of these intensive services, the cooling system now puts out a lot more air, doesn’t need to run as often and uses less energy. My weekly electric bills are significantly lower.
