Tough times at a awful university, and Heating and A/C

When they say the times are taxing in university they aren’t kidding. My parents used to tell me all the time but I need to be super careful with my currency in university because they were going to be providing me with any extra spending currency. I’m undoubtedly fortunate that my parents decided they would pay for my university but they would not be giving me any extra currency. I feel that’s a good thing because I learn how to save, but looking back times are undoubtedly tough. I remember a point in my university work when my Heating and A/C system at my condo stopped working. Normally when your Heating and A/C system stops working the condo owner will handle it, but that was not the case for me, but landlord that if he lowered my rent I would handle the Heating and A/C repair cost. I kind of banged on the fact that I would not have to pay for any Heating and A/C repairs during the year lease, but now that my Heating and A/C system has stopped working I’m going to have to come up with the currency. I was so distraught during that time so I picked up extra bartending shifts as I didn’t want to put the cost of the repair on my debit card. Thankfully I was able to pay for the Heating and A/C repair with the currency for my extra shifts, for me it was taxing having to labor all those hours during that time.
