Being a Dad to three silly gentlemen is amazing but also difficult.
I cherish my gentlemen so much, but they know how to push my buttons.
I tell my Dad all of the time how sorry I am for how I acted as a child because now I know how it is from the other end. I am now the parent that has to deal with these silly kids. My gentlemen are usually very obedient, but every once in awhile they get themselves into quite a bit of trouble. My hubby made a playroom for them down in the basement because they kept accidentally tearing things while they were rough housing upstairs… One of our gentlemen even broke a large chunk of plastic off of our air conditioner in our residing room while wrestling with the pet. I am so ecstatic that they can play in the basement now, but I also worry about them because I cannot see what they are doing. One of my gentlemen came upstairs with a large gash in her leg a couple of weeks ago. I asked him how she got it, plus she told me that she split her leg on the boiler. Our boiler is in a little room that is separate from the gentlemen playroom down in the basement, plus I have told them more than 2 times not to play in the room that the boiler is in; Well, they learned their lesson the difficult way. I took awful little Nate to hospital to get her leg stitched up, then needless to say, they have not played in the boiler room since, plus I genuinely hope that they never do again because there are so more than 2 things that they could split themselves on in that room.
