After buying a house, moving in & unpacking, it took me a while to schedule service for the air conditioning. There was cleaning & painting to do, repairs to make & lots of expenses. I also invested into duct system cleaning & sealing. Because of these intensive services, the cooling system now puts out a lot more air, doesn’t need to run as often & uses less energy. My bi-weekly electric bills are significantly lower.
