Escaping the heat by cooling down in nature

|

It’s been scorching in the area where I live, with the sun blazing and the temperatures soaring.

To beat the heat, my partner and I decided to make the most of our freedom.

Since my partner is on holiday and I could work remotely, we decided to embark on little trips out in nature and set out to explore beautiful forests and beaches. This is possible thanks to my partner’s mom’s car, who is generously lending it to us when she doesn’t need it. The only downside of this car is that it’s old and the air conditioning unit doesn’t work. In winter, to ensure our comfort during our outdoor adventures, we rely on portable space heaters to keep warm in our campsite during chilly nights. During the winter, we love sitting around the campfire with friends, roasting chestnuts and potatoes, sharing stories, and playing music. When we return home, we are always grateful for our ductless mini split air conditioner, which provides refuge from the scorching heat outside. We don’t let ourselves become too comfortable and lazy, though, as we’d be missing out on life if we stayed at home for too long. Our plan is to buy an RV with modern climate control, which is perfect for us since we love traveling and have the flexibility to work remotely. We’d be able to save a lot of money on rent also. However, we would want to make sure it has a good-quality HVAC system, as we wouldn’t want to sacrifice our comfort for anything in the world.
