My partner and I have been feeling depressed lately. One reason could be the severe heat my nice friend and I are having around our local area; the other reason could be the high degree of uncertainty in our lives at the moment. Our plan was to buy an RV before the Summer and go traveling, but this has not been possible because the prices of these vehicles are currently sky high. However, last evening I read the news on climate change. The news is not good, extreme heat waves scorching the land, rising sea levels threatening coastal communities, and unpredictable weather patterns are wreaking havoc on ecosystems. It made me feel guilty about using my a/c equipment so much, but at the same time, it put things in perspective for me, and I no longer placed so much importance on the RV with awesome climate control I’ve been dreaming about for months. In fact, I’ve started exploring heating and cooling solutions that are sustainable and eco-conscious. Ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C systems caught my attention, as their flexibility and energy-saving features pleased my desire to reduce my carbon footprint. This morning, I reached out to a local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C provider that offers green options. They scheduled a worker to visit my condo and install a ductless mini-split system and informed me about the benefits of zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, and A/C. With this modern system I would be able to customize temperature settings in strange areas of my house. This would allow me to optimize energy usage, making it a genuinely efficient way to give heating and cooling in the house.
