I was really fed up with the current supervisors and I didn’t feel it was necessary for me to come in everyday if I wasn’t going to be productive
I have been working for the same company for about five years now… It’s not that I adore what I do so much, however it pays really well. I started working with my company right after I graduated from university and it has been really nice to grow with the company even if I am not super loving about the work, but however, about six months ago our company was bought out by a larger company and since then it has not been the same… The management does not seem to adore the employees at all; My pal and I have been having some complications with the a/c lately. Instead of letting us go home my friend and I have been forced to labor in an office without a working a/c. I am started to get frustrated that I have to come into labor everyday and sweat by butt off while I am there. I told my supervisor that I am not going to labor out of the office until the a/c is fixed and she threatened to fire me if I did not come in everyday. I was really fed up with the current supervisors and I didn’t feel it was necessary for me to come in everyday if I wasn’t going to be productive. However, the lack of a/c didn’t seem to be an issue for my current supervisors. I feel that I am going to have to start looking for a current task if they don’t get the a/c fixed sometime soon.
