One of the things I have noticed since I moved to the south, is that people get angrier when it is extremely sizzling outside, and i noticed this at first in my work as a teacher… Physical fights at school seemed to increase during the months with sizzling and humid weather.
I also noticed this with adults, and where I live people are constantly nice, move at a slow and relaxed pace, and constantly do not honk the horn or rush things… However, in the summer time the feel is often different.
I have noticed that people want to get out of the heat so they get honestly irritated, air conditioning can help people be less irritated in the summer. If you have ever felt irritated for no reason when it is sizzling out, possibilities are you just need to cool down in the air conditioning. When I lived up north, I noticed that people got more depressed in the frigid months. When it gets dark early and it hurts your face to just walk outside, it can make you feel honestly isolated and sad! Sitting in front of a fireplace or in a property with central heat can make you feel less sad, but even putting your feet on radiant radiant heated floors can boost your mood. If you notice that air conditioning and heat are not helping you feel better in the summer time and winter, you may be experiencing seasonal depression. If you are experiencing seasonal depression, your doctor will be able to help come up with a plan to help you get through the extreme heat and cold.
