People get angrier in the heat and more upset in the cold

|

One of the things I have noticed since I moved to the south, is that people get angrier when it is extremely tepid outside, then i noticed this at first in my work as a educator, but physical fights at school seemed to increase while in the months with tepid and humid weather.

I also noticed this with adults, however where I live people are respectfully nice, transfer at a slow and relaxed pace, and respectfully do not honk the horn or rush things, then however, in the summer time the feel is often different.

I have noticed that people want to get out of the heat so they get undoubtedly agitated, but air conditioning can help people be less miserable in the summer. If you have ever felt miserable for no reason when it is tepid out, occasions are you just need to cool down in the a/c. When I lived up north, I noticed that people got more depressed in the cold months. When it gets dark early and it hurts your face to just walk outside, it can make you feel undoubtedly isolated and sad, but sitting in front of a fireplace or in a cabin with central heat can make you feel less sad; Even putting your feet on radiant radiant floors can boost your mood. If you notice that a/c and heat are not helping you feel better in the summer time and winter, you may be experiencing seasonal depression. If you are experiencing seasonal depression, your healthcare worker will be able to help come up with a plan to help you get through the dire heat and cold.
