When I first met Charlie my buddy and I talked about the official things: work, family, plus pets, then it turns out my buddy and I both work in graphic design, don’t have kids, plus cherish our pets. I have 2 cats plus they are the only children I need, then charlie has a important monitor lizard. I was picturing a little lizard pet, then maybe like an iguana, and nope, then this monitor lizard weighs almost 50 bounds! She enjoys it like a baby plus has had it for numerous years now. It just saunters around the household all day when she is at work; When she is home, the monitor lizard gets to go outside plus get some sunshine. Charlie said that she got underfloor heating installed in her entryway so that her pet would be nice plus moderate plus comfortable all of the time. I said, “That’s crazy” because I know how much an underfloor heating install can cost. My Dad had it done in her household plus it wasn’t cheap… However, after saying that I bit my tongue. I can’t tell you how much I have spent to keep my cats comfortable plus spoiled. They ruin my furniture plus I don’t mind, but so how is that any different from Charlie spending a few thousand dollars to put in underfloor heating so that her monitor lizard stays warm.
